General Policies
Only one person from each professional classification to join ENA.  The Membership Committee will have final authority relating to classification issues.

The member's category must correctly reflect their occupation.

Members who wish to change their classification must submit a new membership application and receive approval from the Membership committee.

Visitors may attend regular ENA meetings two times before submitting application for membership.

Members are expected to be on time for meetings and attend all meetings.  There will be one excused absence per quarter.  If a member cannot attend, a substitute may attend in the member's place.  The substitute cannot be a current member.  This will not count as an absence. 
Meetings begin at 7:30 am and members are considered late at 7:45 am and forfeit their infomercial.

Membership may be placed on hold for medical/military reasons for up to three months.  Members must be in good standing and make a written request to the Membership Committee.  Dues will be waived during the inactive period.  

Minimum performance standards are expected from members.  Standards are to be set by the Executive Committee including minimum number of referrals and visitors.

Members are responsible to file a written notice to the Membership Committee if a potential member in any way conflicts with their classification.  This should be done before the visitor is approved for membership.

The Executive Committee may make recommendations for changes to the Olives and Procedures. Changes must be submitted to the general membership for approval.  Approval is defined as a simple majority of total members.  


Officers and Special Committees
Officers will serve a 12 month term.  The current Executive Committee may recommend a slate of officers.  Nominations may also come from the floor.  Elections will be help in the third week of October. 

The executive committee will be comprised of the following offices: President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Education Coordinator and Publicity/Special Events Coordinator.

The Executive Committee will annually appoint two to four members to a membership committee, The Vice President is the chairman of this committee.

The President will appoint, as necessary, one or two members as ENA Ambassadors.

All Officers must be in good standing at the time of their nominations. 


Dues
Annual dues are set by the Executive Committee.  Dues may be paid annually or quarterly in advance.  Fees not paid by the first meeting of the month they are due are considered late and may be assessed a late fee.  If not paid by the 15th of the month they are due, the member will no longer be considered in good standing and shall be officially dropped.

Dues are non-transferrable unless membership is transferred from one person to another within the same company.

Dues are non-refundable.

Payment may be made by check or cash.  Any returned check will be assessed with a service charge to be determined by the Executive Committee. Members will not be in good standing uni=till all dues and service charges are paid in full.

Dues are $200 per year and can be paid either quarterly or annually, a $20 discount will be given.  Quarterly dues are $50 per quarter.
